FlowPatch collects the details you submit only to assess and respond to your automation-sprint request.
What we collect
Name, work email, company and website when supplied, workflow description, sanitized example, consent, and submission time.
How we use it
To qualify the request, clarify scope, prepare a proposal, and maintain a record of your consent. We do not ask for passwords, API keys, customer records, or regulated data in this form.
Retention
Unconverted inquiries are targeted for deletion after 90 days. Contract and transaction records may be retained longer when legally required.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion through the same contact channel used for the proposal. Do not submit the form if you do not agree to storage for this purpose.
